I like that you got good eye contact from all 3 birds Marc; sometimes you have to wait for a pretty long time for that to happen. Nice detail in the blacks for the most part. I'd probably tone down the perch a little, particularly the one that the middle bird is sitting on.

I like this very much. Good light. Three is the magic number for groups, all of them on the same plane & all with a catchlight in the eye. I would be tempted to try and bring out more detail in the black bellies, but not too much so they still appear suitably shaded. The pale perch does not bother me as it is what it is.

That's great composition, all 3 birds with eye-contact.
Nice BG, agree about the perch. I like it very much.

Very strong composition you created here! Awesome BG colours. The fact all three individuals have a correct HA puts this over the top - and the middle bird's leaning pose is an extra bonus that adds interest to the image. Congrats!

P.S. Just a bit of sharpening halos apparant around the birds...

Love the fact that the middle one is positioned at a different angle from the others. Just one would have made a nice image never mind three. Also love the BG. I'd tone down the middle perch also. Congrats

Hey Marc, on my recent trip to Kruger, these guys were all over the place. Unfortunately it was overcast, and although I was using a +EC, it didnt seem enough. Well exposed on all three, and your comp works well. I like the colours in the BG too. If I may ask, where are you from Marc?
