Very nice image, Denise. I like the walking pose of the gull. Two suggestions: I would crop about 1/3 off the top, and would like to see the white areas of the gull lightened a bit so that they stand out more from the BG. Just my $.02 worth.

Christopher, I liked the idea of some off the top-but when I took some off it just felt like too much room on the bottom,so I cropped some from top and bottom-I'm not a fan of pano's crops so this is as far as I can go. I lightened the whites some as you suggested and think it looks good. Thanks for your help.

Another nice b&w Denise! I love the reflection of the ice on his belly feathers! Not sure I love the darker marks on top of his head...any idea what those are? They almost look like freckles!

Julie. Those spots are present on each image I have of the gull and felt cloning them would be wrong since I'm not sure what they are.
