    Now that it is a little cooler I thought I would post a beach image that was taken last spring in St. Augustine'

    Nikon D3
    Nikon 70 to 200 mm F2.8
    ISO 400
    1/800. F5.6

    Sweet path, Judy, it looks a lot like the ones at South Beach :)
    Half and inch more at the bottom would have included the weeds in full.

    Hi Judy Lynn,
    Agree with Fabs on the bottom.....just to include the weed/grass....pointing the camera slightly downward would have given that and taken a sliver off the top.
    You used the fence very well as a leading line and the 3 grass clumps are placed perfectly in the frame. You may want to also sacrifice some SS for a bit more DOF also.....just to get those FG grasses sharp also.
    Still....nicely composed.

    DOF is fantastic for f5.6. Love the light and comp. Great lines to this.

    I love the light on that fence, Judy! The soft color palette really works here.

    Really like the framing and the solid blue sky on this one. Gives it a feeling of desolation. Agree with Roman about DOF, but overall very nice image Judy!
