    Default Eastern Phoebe?

I'm pretty sure this is an Eastern Phoebe. Found at Brazos Bend State Park this weekend.

Lack of wing-bars excludes Empidonax, very pale underparts esp. throat
and completely dark beak excludes the Wood-pewees.
Short primaries reaching only base of tail excludes Olive-sided (and overall look for that matter)
Yes it is Eastern Phoebe, did the bird wag its tail? That is best mark of a Phoebe.

Didn't notice tail wagging but I wasn't looking for it either. Thanks for the info!

Looks like an Eastern Phoebe to me.
