    Overall pretty nice, sharpness and exposure look good from here. I wouldn't mind a less centered comp by cropping some off at right. The colours look a little muted - I'd either raise the colour temp or add some saturation (especially to the water). Oh, and I'd also clone/patch out the white speck in front of the wigeon.

    The water looks incredible Gary! The repost works well. I like the pano crop.

    Heck, I liked it before the repost. Great shot, great background and how on earther do you get close enough for a 300+1.4x to work? Congrats.

    The water is special, especially in the repost.

    While I don't consider myself the HA police, a slight turn towards you perhaps would have been more optimal..but I'm being picky.

    The bill looks a tad hot as does the light colored plumage on the side...at least on my end.

    The repost is much better imo. The compo is spot on in the repost and the water colors are fantastic.

    Ahh that water looks great.. Oh.. the bird looks great on the water as well. I like the pano crop from the re-post. Nice image.
