Lemonade

Mother Nature handed out a few lemons last week in a really strong storm that took out several of our trees. This tree decided to wreak a little havoc on the fence. I tried to try to make some lemonade from the insurance photo. :)

This is the original with a DAP Benson overlay and a mask on the top Benson layer painted to reveal more detail on the fallen tree and the fence from the original below.

Patti, Sorry to hear about the damage-but you created a lovely image! I like the composition and the sky.The colors in the sky along w/ the texture is sweet! I might fill in that one small blank area. I like the way the tree is pulling the fence down and the detail you revealed. Very nicely done.

Thanks for all the nice comments. We were very lucky that the tree decided to fall on the fence and not the cabin. The fence crew will be out later this week to install the rest of our fence and will fix this piece at the same time, so it's all good.
