    Harshad, super comp, good pose and HA, and the heron pops so well from the BG. Nice and sharp too.

    You've done a great job with exposure, detail and sharpness here. Nice crop. I only wish the BG were a little less busy.

    Sharp. EXP and COMP perfect. I love how you have brought the neck in from the corner. The BKGR could be improved with a soft Clone Stamp at about 60% and the BKGR Gaussian Blur technique; I think that you can find them here http://www.birdsasart.com/bn294.htm; then scroll down to the Swallow-tailed Gull images.

    Great plumage detail, I love the eye. Nice colors on the bill.
    Agree about BG, in head portraits it is better to have more uniform BG.
