I have 1 ticket on Southwest Airline

I have a Southwest ticket that expires at the end of the year. I am already set to visit my son so this will be used for a photography trip. I also will be spending February in the Tampa area. I am looking for suggestions.
Here is the SW destination map:

Go to Bosque del Apache in New Mexico. It is about 80 miles south of Albuquerque. Late Nov-Dec.

Or fly to Vegas, get out of town quickly with a 4X4 rental to make the great circle from Zion, Bryce, Escalante, Capitol Reef, Canyon Lands, Arches, Monument Valley, Grand Canyon and then back to Vegas for return home. This is a clockwise route and should take no less than 2 weeks.

Don't forget it "Sometimes" snows out this direction in Nov and Dec.
