Stunning composition with the little evergreen in the foreground. You did well to capture the eye so clearly Fab as these are such difficult animals to even find their eyes at the best of times. Like this one a lot Fab and the exposure is excellent as well as the pose and detail. Well done.
Fabs,
I love everything about this image. Way to go.

Beautiful image, the wintery scene, good-looking bison and the little tree make this one for me.
Great capture Fabs! The snow on the bison and the inclusion of the small tree make this one special to me.
Fabs, I dont think he's getting cold with that coat of fur on him, and you have exposed and captured it nicely. Super comp, and I like the surrounding snow. Well captured.
Outstanding on all levels, I think he is looking for his christmas present since he had to pose in such harsh conditions to make your awesome photo opt.
Starting of winter wonderland Fabs. Excellent comp and fantastic representation of environment.
stunning exposure and composition Fabs! love these winter wonderland shots as down here we only get sparse snowfall on the coldest days in winter on the highest peaks, but nothing on the lowlands. even then our winter maximum temperature averages about 15 degrees Celcius (don't know the Fahrenheit equivalent? but I know it's equal to summer temperature in most Northern Hemisphere countries).
I would like to see it rotated slightly CCW, as the impression is given that the bison is walking unevenly (sloping down) which it probably was - just wondering if it'll balance the scene better?
Lovely image Fabs!
Lovely image, Fabs. The frosty coat and the comp work beautifully!
