    Made this with D300 , 600mm, F4.5 , ISO 200, 1/320 secs beanbag, cropped for compo , 90 % of FF

    I like the diagonal perch, and you have exposed the colours very well. The open beak with the visible tongue puts this over the top. Well captured.

    Nice shot Harshad. Good sharp details on the bird. BG makes the bee-eater stand out well.

    The lack of direct eye contact and steep angle are not so appealing, but the species and tongue poking out are very special! Well done considering the angle and circumstances. :)

    You certainly have some fascinating birds where you come from Harshad, a beautiful capture here with such a nice clean bg. I would like this as a vertical with more room on top of the bird. Well done.

    Great pose and capture. Nice colors. Surprised that no one has mentioned that it might be a bit tight on top and bottom. JR

    Excellent Harshad, I agree with John that's a bit tight, perfect otherwise given your position relative to the bird.
