    8 hours from home, stuck in a Quality Inn, lots of birds around..but rain will not stop...we may even get snow...even this Ruddy Duck had his head buried....Poster edged image...

    Poor little one! The dreary colors in the BG really add to the sense of isolation. I like the pose. If it were mine I'd lighten the eye. Does it need a slight rotation. I might bring him into the LRC a bit more to add to the look here. Snow? Better you than me. I usually like the first snow-but then it just seems to be a mess.

    Agree with Denise's remarks. I also feel the image could be cropped a bit from the top...

    This image definitely has a dreary feel, Paul. Nice work, and I agree with Denise's fine critique. I might crop some from the top.
