    Assignment: Textures and Colors – “The Ship Terminal”

    Note:
    This is an HDRI composed of nine frames.

    This is the south view of the ship terminal for the cruise ships at Biscayne Bay, in downtown Miami. The image was painted with a Nikon D300s, using a Nikkor 18-200mm f/3.5 – f/5.6G ED VR lens.

    Image Solution:
    focal length @ 22mm / exposure mode @ aperture priority / in camera matrix metering / 30 sec. - f/25 /exposure comp @ 0EV / ISO @ 200 / white balance @ cloudy / AF - Mode @ manual / color space @ sRGB / lighting solution – ambient light / tone comp @ 0degree / hue adjustment @ 0 degree / saturation factor @ 0 degree / support platform – tripod assist with remote electronic trigger release.

    Gus this one is very noisy too. Also seems to be leaning a little to the right.... Nice comp and I love the purple color. Your downtown series has been fabulous, I guess no mosquitos.....

    Hi Gus - quality of the image doesn't seem to be as good as your others - Notice this is shot with the D300S though, which certainly doesn't have the IQ of the D3 that we usually see you shooting with.

    Hi Gus Will be interesting after you use that camera for a while see what you come up with but does seem different from the D3/D300?
