This is my friend Slinky the snake, a local resident of Miami’s Metro Zoo. Slinky was painted with a Nikon D300s, using a Nikkor 300mm f/4D IF-ED lens, with a Nikkor 1.7 T/C.

Mmmmmmm, very nice. I love the variation in the DOF, gives it that mysterious look. Way cool.....

Like the DOF focus on the eye Gus. Would never know it was taken through glass.
