    Default Redheaded Woodpecker

Shot in a small swamp in Northern Alabama with nice low morning light.
Would have loved just a little more head turn but all he would give me. I tried stepping to the right and he left!!

I like this image Gary and it is nicely framed with good exposure and good detail in the blacks. Clean BG . My wish would be for a little more of a head turn. but otherwise very well captured. thanks for sharing.

Beautiful specimen, details in the blacks and BG. I agree on the head turn and would tone down the whites on the shoulder a little bit.
