Exclamation Help Us Help You Improve Your Photography.

Image critiques are an excellent way to rapidly improve any photographers ability to create beautiful images.

You can help those offering image critiques by listing details of the capture process.
Some of the details that can help you receive the best critique possible are:

    Thought Process
    Were you creating a Portrait?
    An Environmental Image etc.
What obstacles did you face in creating your image?
    Location
    If an animal, species.
    Time of day.

    Capture
    Camera
    Lens
    ISO
    Metering Mode
    Exposure Mode
    Exposure Compensation (if used)
    Shutter Speed
    Aperture
    AF/MF Mode
    Tripod
    Tripod Head
    Flash
    Flash Settings

    Post Processing
    Crop
    USM
    Levels etc.

You don't need to list all of the above(it would be the most helpful) but list as much as you can and any other factors that had an affect on the final image.

    Thanks James

I would also like to see everyone also list what the object is they are taking a photo of. I particularly see many birds that I have no idea what they are or places I am not familiar with. Also the time of day would help.

I added species to the list.
    Thanks for the input.
