    Hey Chas, love the stare you captured, and I presume the white is snow. I like the exposure and detail on the head. Well captured.

    Love this one Chas and one that I had hoped we would have the chance to get but when the snow came there were not many bison close. The direct look and the wonderful eye contact as well as excellent exposure really makes this a winner for me. Awesome image Chas.

    Excellent shot! If my wife were looking over my shoulder right now she'd be saying "you need to get a shot like that". Love the snow and the eye contact.

    Awesome capture Chas... the snow is fantastic, but I think the blades of grass coming from the mouth really round out the image. Love the stare you were getting from this bison. :)

    I am surprised no one mentioned the split light/dark effect of the overall image, it was something that I found particularly appealing in this image. Perhaps, it is subliminal adding to the overall impact. Or, it only matters to me -lol
