I like the pose, sharpness, eye contact and BG. I would try to lighten the eye area and the upper wing.
How is that wingspan - no wonder these guys can fly across the oceans. Great angle, and you did well with the exposure. I like the hint of the clouds in the BG too.
Rob - I'll see how decent my shots of White-capped from a pelagic yesterday in NZ are. Question - some Australian pelagic gurus claim to be able to tell White-capped from Shy in the field. Any idea how? (For those who don't know, these were formerly recognised just as different populations of the same species.)
