Great light, look-back pose, sharpness and composition. Did you put the pile of sand there? :) The bird and perch look noticeably sharper than the grass that is in focus.

    Kiran:

Lovely image, well executed, nice comp and techs. I really like the square on view of the back, shows the feather pattern beautifully.

I would prefer the head be turned a bit more parallel to the image plane, but excellent as is.

super capture sir! pin sharp with great head angle and detail. interesting perch! Axel's comment about the grass not being equally sharp has merit - easily fixed.

Ditto all of the kudos above. Randy is learning; when the subject is facing away the very best head angle is almost always square to the back of the camera. This bird's head is turned a bit too much towards you.

Great look back pose brother, together with good light, detail and sharpness. I like the overall colours, and a killer BG too. Well captured.

Thank you all for dearest BPN family your kind words and suggestions, Most appreciate it...

@ Axel: Sorry Bhai, Its a mistake, I ran a round of G blur and forgot to erase the grass in focus.

@ Randy and Guru Arthur: I Have frames of the HA more parallel to the plane, but somehow this frame convinced me as I felt this had a more direct eye contact. But I agree to what you pointed out, Sure will keep in mind.

Thanks guys, Its a really great help.

    Regards,

    Kiran.

Love this fantastic bird of prey shot. I think you made the right decision to post this shot (I reckon eye contact is preferable to a profile shot in this case). Well done.

Awesome work Kiranbhai! Love the HA actually and would personally prefer this opposed to what is suggested. My taste though. Your reasoning works for me. :)

This is stunning. Awesome sharpness and very nice head turn.
I hope your shorebird images will rock as much as these raptor images. ;)
