A very nice bird indeed.
I find the BG a little distracting. I also recommend to desat the yellows on breast a little. Finally, the 3:2 ratio works better here, IMO.

Funny looking bird :-) I liked the shallow DOF. I dont mind the pink OOF as much as the bright yellow-green.
