    Hi all,

Been a while again, but thought I would share this image I made on the weekend. Little Friarbirds are a species of honeyeater of the woodlands of eastern and northern Australia. Quite underrated birds I think.

    Thanks for looking.

Very nice - and quite the alert pose! I would raise the colour temp a bit, and I agree with a small amount more canvas at right (as posted you only need about 1/4" for the tip of the tail). I do wish for a slightly better HA. I love the winding curvature of the perch.

Very cool bird and tight on the right as mentioned. I love the soft (in a good way :) ) feel to the image. Repost is much better.

I like the alert pose, perch and lovely tones of background. Sharp too. Looks like you got some nice diffuse light. Sharp too.

Nice one Dean - you're correct, an underrated bird but that is hard to make look good in a photo. You've managed marvellously. Really like the typical eucalpyt perch

    cheers
