    This was a bit of a test to see how low I could shoot Handheld with the 200-400 with the VR turned on
    Used 800 ISO as that is what i am normally set at...
    I did try lower than this but couldn't get much in the way of a sharp shot - at this speed sharp shots would have been about 50%

    1/4s after holding up the lens for how long? :D

    Hey Desmond - dont really know the answer to that question Desmond - a while. Had some sore muscles in my arm the next day thats for sure.

    Amazing. I see I need to keep practicing. I searched to find your reflection in the eye; you must have been just off-angle. Does "hand held" mean no bracing against anything?
