    Hello Rick, This is such a pleasing subject, one of my favorite birds. It appears as if the bird was too close for you to render in focus with an f stop of 4 because while the eye looks good, the beak, tail, and breast aren't in focus. Kind of an awkward perch makes composition here difficult, and the dark right side (as viewed) doesn't add alot. Maybe try it as a vertical?
