    I like the calling/yawning pose, eye contact and reflection. It needs about 0.5 degrees CW rotation and if it is not a large crop, I would sharpen the bird more.

    Hi Scott

    Not a bird we get in the UK but I guess they are fairly small. You captured the bird in a great pose with a perfect reflection. I agree that is could do with some leveling out and a touch more sharpening. I also think that it would benefit if some of the dark spots or dust marks on the water were removed.

    Wonderful pose and reflection, I agree with all the advice given above just a bit more work bring the image to it full potential.

    Sweet reflection, yawning pose, and blue water. I would increase the contrast some.

    I like the yawning pose and reflection. Perhaps needs a round of shapening.

    There's a fairly strong sharpening halo across the grebe's back. Also, I'd really clean up that water and get rid of the half dozen or so spots. A really strong reflection, not easy to accomplish.
