Default The so nice Tree swallow

    Hello all,

Today I present you this lovely Tree swallow photographied at the Carbonneau's marsh last June 2008.

It is an eternal pleasure to photography those so sympathic birds.

I hope you like this one :-)

    Cheers from the frozen north!!!

I like the head angle, sharpness and light and would tone down the whites on the chest. I find the black frame a bit overpowering.

This really is a beauty Michel,
As mentioned, great HA, BG, and sharpness. The whites look great on my monitor too.

Great light, BG, and exposure. Tack sharp. I would reduce or remove the black border.

Superb. Love the soft light, the BKGR, and the killer sharpness and IQ. What lens? What camera body?

Axel and Aidan, I must say that that picture is taken from my website whose background is black. This dark frame around my picture just disappear when you look at it on my website. This is the trick I use to put my copyright around the little grey frame. You can see what I mean by going on my website :-) :

I suppose that HA means Head Angle?

    Hello Arthur, what means IQ?

Sorry, I realize that I forgot to mention you the camera and lens... This Tree Swallow was taken using a Canon 40D with a 300mm USM IS f4.0 + extender 1.4x
