    Chris:

    What a tail!

Nice look back pose. To my eye, the head is much softer than the body and tail, and I think your plane of focus was anterior to the head.

Exposure looks good. Light angle has resulted in some shadows, but I don't find them objectionable.

I find composition is always a challenge with these long tailed birds. I might try it with a little less space on left, to see what you think.

    Cheers

    Randy

Verry nice shot and Headposition. A shame that the head isn't verry sharp.

Nice pose and light on the head. It is preferable to repost an image with your reply to the thread so that the initial comments can be seen in the context they were given for subsequent visitors. Substituting the original image makes it difficult to see what the initial comments relate to. It seems you have addressed the head sharpness well.

Great bird Chris! I love that tail and it is very sharp. Perhaps angle is a little steep?

The repost is very sharp. Great HA, and exposure. The tail feathers look pretty worn. I wish those leafs were not in front of the bird.

Tanks Randy for pointing out the head softness. Yep I should have left the original posts however as I uploaded and looked at the final result I saw that the head were soft and I have posted the firts frame image. I then loaded this second frame image, by the time I were finished Randy and Alexander already commented.
    My apologies.
