Neat pose and good angle. Aside from NR on the BG, I would sharpen the bird a bit more and give it more room top and right.

Good suggestions above. I would add that f/5.6 is not much DOF for a subject such as this. I would trade shutter speed for more DOF.

Definitely well composed and action is nice. Lack of sharpness is its let down unfortunately.
