Very nice exposure and love the comp. I like the way all the colors here blend nicely. I'd clone out the lighter strands of seaweed closest to the bird but leave the darker ones to the left as they give balance to the image. If your into that kind of thing.;) Congrats

Cute image. The little guy looks a little bit bow legged with the particular angle you captured. If it were mine, I'd soften the shadow a bit.

Very nice exposure and details Denise. Agree with Brain on cloning those sea weeds.

This is nice Denise. Love the detail. As for the see weeds, not sure, I like them in the frame but on the other hand a clean image is nice, but then again it maybe too clean.

Thanks guys, I removed just the 3 pieces of seaweed that hit the shadow. Thankyou for your input. I appreciate it.

Good repost Denise. I like the sharpness and exp on the bird! The lighting in this image is different, harsh, yet not? I do wish for a clean bill, but it is what it is, and I wouldn't mess with it!!

This picture has amazing details, Denise, and I really like the composition. It looked just a bit dull to me. I pulled it up in PS and added a touch of light and liked a tad better. Love your low vantage point.

I like the OP and the angle is great as is the light. If you remove the seaweed, you may as well place it on a white BG and create a studio shot IMHO. I think the seaweed adds to the fact that it is a beach with "less than perfect" clean sand. :) But mostly, it would look like pretty much everyone else's perfect image. I think there IS such a thing as TOO perfect. But I guess I wouldn't know. ;)
