    Default Snowy at Cutler Wetlands

Just a leftover I found while doing New Years cleaning.

    20d, 100-400 @ 150mm iso 400 1/3200 cropped to 8x10 and 80% of frame.

    C/C welcomed, thanks for looking,
    Paul

I like the behavior and soft light. It looks a bit dark on my monitor. I might crop a bit off the bottom.

Hi Paul welcome to BPN. Beautiful lighting in this image and excellent timing. I agree about the crop and even a pano crop could work well with this image and the action you captured here..

    Hi Paul,

Lovely background and light. Another vote for the crop!

Too tired to go to Anhinga today...will call you when we go :)

Lovely light on the background vegetation. I agree that the image is dark and could be improved by increasing the overall image exposure (or a levels adjustment if your working on the processed RAW). Sure do love that running on water pose. I'm sure I'll meet you out and about someday, Paul.

Thanks everyone, I've been doing pretty well without calibrating my monitor but I guess I need to bite the bullet.

Judd, I'm sure we will meet sometime,

    Thanks again for the comments,
    Paul

Wonderful light, nice action, agree about cropping maybe into a pano as the reflection isn't really doing much here?
