    Default Snow Goose (Blue Morph)



    Photographed last fall at Bosque. Interested in what you think of the shot- the pose in particular.

    Canon 30D, 500f4, f8, 1/2000th - cropped to about half.

    it is different. I might like it better if I could see just a bit more of the head and face. Comp. is nice.

    The pose reminds me of an olympic diver just coming off the diving board :-) I would have prefered separation between eye and wing and I would look to see if you can pull out a bit more detail in the blacks on the primaries.

    I like the pose and setting and wish we could see a bit more of the head. I might blur the BG a bit and sharpen the bird more. Keep them coming!
