Great image for texture! Jackie, what do you mean by "point a control point on her face"?

Cheryl in some plug-ins, for example NIK Color Efex Pro that I used here, you can apply the effect globally or if you want to get specific and apply the control point over the part you want to stand out. Adjust the radius, strength, etc., with the sliders. Very easy to use. A lot of plug-ins have this feature especially NIK software products. In this case I wanted the face to stand out more while vignetting the edges.
