First Lights Burst of Color

This was taken right after the sun broke the horizon. I was caught in a mini sandstorm and thats the reason for the sand looking wispy. I accentuated the colors in Nik Contrast Color Range and played with tone mapping in photomatrix.

Dave, I like the effect of the storm on the sand as well as the overall perspective. Great colors although I probably would have preferred a different shade of orange rather than purple...
