    Took this a while back, didn't want to post because of the BG, but decide to anyway, because i like it. All C&C welcome and thanks for looking

    Sharpness & exposure look fine to me. Unfortunately the bird is aligned with the horizon & and confuses the eye somewhat. Also, the bird is slightly past the viewer. For flight shots it is best to capture the bird as he is coming toward you - easier said than done.

    Great job with exposure. The details stand out well. The bad part is the BG , but you knew that already.
