    I took an image of a yellow daisy and converted it to B&W then added a photo tint, then multiple layers and then the flaming pears veins.

    I am not a big fan of squarish crop but this works here for me

    Nice conversion and use of filters. Would have preferred a more uniform green outline on the right for my taste.

    I think I would love this image without the green outline. I think the green/red outline would be improved if it was more uniform.

    Thanks folks! I appreciate the feedback. Here is one w/o the vein effect. I had originally started this image for the monochromatic theme-but couldn't help adding the vein treatment.

    Hi Denise, I like the second post better. The color and tone works very well with your choice of square format. Very nice!
