Good timing it is a nice take off pose. I really like the lights and the deep blue colours of the sky and water it gives the mood. Great work.

    Mital:

Lovely colors in the bird. Sharp.

The body is angling away from us, and I wish there was better eye contact.

It is interesting, the effect the drops have. It makes you want to peer outside the right side of the frame to see what just left!

I think the image could also be displayed slightly brighter.

Thanks for sharing. Not always easy to catch action with that lens.

    thanks randy.
as said this is huge crop and lucky that after crop i have nice clarity with this one.
the fact for composition is a real tuff situation as i was on the edge of water under the tree and right now the entire lake is full of water and the tree was hide for me.

the other thing is they were more of right from me and i have had no choice except to shoot the moment instead get away.

better something than nothing kind of nature. :)
but i appreciate the comments and yes i am looking after some better position to place myself to get such perfect post angle images.

    Hi Mital,

For a large crop there is still a good deal of quality remaining. The DOF is very well controlled giving a feeling of the environment and holding the near wing and head sharp.

That is amazing IQ for a large crop. I love the color on the bird. The water drops are interesting too.
I wish for more clan BG and HA. Nice image.

I love the colors and the water droplets. The feather details look great for a huge crop. I know the bird is angling away-but there is something about this image that caught my eye.
