Perfect light, perfect wing position, great colors, comp, detail and sharpness! Some more NR to the bird would improve this one IMO but it does looks great to me.
    Congratulations!

Dan, Nice wing position and details. I like the composition and agree a bit of NR. Very nice flight shot.

Thanks for the comments guys! Here's a repost with less sharpening. I had tried this version originally but thought it was too soft in preview! This preview looks soft to me also, although in CS3 it looks fine? I often run into this problem, the image looks very sharp in CS3, resized for web, but then upon uploading, the preview looks softer? I also played with the signature in the lower areas of the frame and it didn't seem balanced to me, so I left it as was!

PS. this post isn't cropped quiet as tight as the original.

Hi Dan: Wonderful capture. Great wing position. I personally prefer the original post. I agree the second is a touch soft.

Good to see you posting images Dan! Nice eye contact and wing position! You do great stuff with your trusty 80-400! I prefer the sharpness of the repost to the original. I might crop a bit off the bottom of the frame.
