    lovely looking species, first time for me ,
    Angle is bit tough and head /beak looks softer than feathers on back
    If mine , I may add some space in bottom & crop slightly from right
    TFS

    Nice image.
    The bird is nicely exposed and has a clean perch.

    I would try a vertical composition and would've loved a little more DOF.

    Lovely plumage colour and textures. Critical focus is on the back leaving the eye and bill soft. Sharpening halos are a little prominent and could be easily addressed. Light looks nice and soft.

    I love these birds, not easy to get a photo of them. You've got halo due to shapening,
    better HA would be good, but also it seems that you did average blur? in the BG.
    If that is the case I'm not sure that is the best way to blur the BG here.
