I could fix the Black area in the BG - but I rarely do that type of P.S. work on my images - I try to get as much right in camera as possible.

I wouldn't have changed anything. I like the soft orange lighting in the background, the depth of field, the 'S' bend in the neck with the the water drops and the softly lifted feathers. Lots to look at and appreciate with nothing really distracting to draw away from the bird.
