    Here is the image I mentioned in yesterday's post. It has nothing particularly to recommend it except the picture of the carp just "hanging" there, having been dropped by my bird. The background is overly busy, the bird's eyes don't show well, etc. In this image I did, though, hold off on an over-saturation of the greens, as was suggested. Big fish, huh?

    Hi Wendell - Huge fish - needed some more DOF - would selectively sharpen the fish some.
    Agree with your own self critique - if this spot is close to you - now you just have to figure out the best spot to position yourself and hope for some more action.

    I agree with you. I would also selective sharpen the fish...this is a good action shot, I like it...:cool:

    I also agree w/what you said, but if this bird is always there you have the opportunity to get some great shots, keep up the good work, and yes that is a big fish:eek:
