Hi Akbar, I've edited your post as we only allow one photo per thread (excpet where reposts have been submitted for educational purposes).
Interesting image, but not without its issues. First one being light. The birds are dark and shaded, with the surroundings quite bright and sunny - and in some areas with blown highlights. I wish for better HA (head angle) on both birds. I love the splash of red on the undertail coverts, and the fact there are two birds in the image. Setting is a bit busy.
Hoping to see more from you - I enjoy seeing birds from around the world :-)
Akbar,
Great subject, let's talk about the light. In this picture you display mixed light which is generally not too big with birds.
Notice how bright distracting light is reflecting from behind subjects and subjects themselves are underexpose by meter and darkened by shadows. The sun should be from your back with your shadow pointing at subject. Looks like sun is coming from the picture's upper right hand side. Leaving the subjects photo side w/o light.
Move around subject until you get a clean background and subjects head and eye are parallel to camera lens. When you get a sharp eye and light on the subject - HIT IT!!!

Akbar,
This is not quantum physics, practice, reading (e.g., Artie Morris,.."Art of Bird Photo" II & "Digital Basics") & good equipment make it happen.
