Great exposure and I love the beat up feathers. I would give it a little more room in front of him and a slight contrast boost should make him pop nicely.

    Hi Alroy

nice pose, exposure and details. I also feel it could use a bit more contrast and saturation.
I agree with Harshad some room in front of him could work well

Lovely pose, I agree with Morkel about the contrast and saturation though.

Hi Alroy, I see you finally made it to GC, I trust that you had a great time.
I would also suggest a bit more canvas infront and a slight reduction of exposure.
I like the angle of capture and head angle.

Some good advice already given Alroy, so can only add thanks for sharing this. Like that head angle. :)

Lovely juvenile, Alroy. Image does look a bit bright with quite a lot of clipping across the wings. Reprocessing the raw with some more recovery might be an option. Did a quick version with a little more contrast and tried to darken the brights a bit. Small image size has exacerbated jpg artifact but gives an idea.

Lovely image Alroy. Glad to see you also got these in your portfolio!!

I like Tony's repost. The original was a little too bright imo.
