I like the posture of the bird and the "T" formation of the wings along with water coming off the legs. The BG is a little busy and the flowers distracting. Head looks nice and sharp. I would try brightening up the image some and a bit more room at top and bottom would be nice.

Nice capture of the action which is the hardest part of a BIF image.

Great action, Mano. I'm a woman, I like flowers :) and find they add to the image.

I added some canvas on top and bottom. See my Stickie in the DIgital Worlfow Forum on how to do this easily. A slight curve was applied.
