These baboons can give endless viewing, and the youngsters are full of character. During my recent trip to the Kruger National Park, I was fortunate to have good early morning sunshine. I have a whole lot of images spent with this troop of baboons. This youngster gave me some good opportunities to capture him in all sorts of poses.

Stuart, The lighting and the pose are fantastic. I think you captured the essence of this thoughtful little one. If might tone down the green spots to keep the attention on him.Very, very well done!Congrats!!

I love this image, the expression and pose in the baboon really makes it. I agree that the green could be toned down a little, without losing it altogether.

    Stuart,
This is a lovely image. I like the expression, composition and lighting. And ofcourse the ear. Feel like pulling it. :D A vertical would have been good too.

    Cheers,

    Stuart,

Great BG to make this sharp portrait work so well. I would have preferred to not see the elbow cut. Vertical could have included the elbow.

Nice :) Lovely capture of a cute animal in nice light. I would just get rid of the greens on the right then it will be one of my favourite types of photographs - made up mainly from shades of the same colour :)

Nothing about this image bothers me as I am drawn to the eyes.

I agree totally with Harshad, David and Gerald.

    "Priceless" indeed!!!!
