    Default A Birthday Peregrine

Well, it's my birthday today! Getting a more than little gray, but still feeling 20. :) Thought I'd share an image of one of my favorite subjects.

Happy 21st birthday! :) I like the pose and perch and might tone down the whites on the neck and the feet.

    Doug:

    Happy Birthday> :)

Sharp, well exposed, interesting perch to left. Like the inquisitive stare, although the pose looks a bit awkward? Like the talons showing against the sky.

I wonder about cloning out the short stub of branch exiting the frame to the birds left.

Congrats on your Birthday Doug, and may you have many more. Super pose, and I like the feather detail captured. These Falcons have certainly kept you busy.

Pretty nice gift from Mother Nature - well done on the opportunity.

Happy Birthday Doug, Beautiful image of a gorgeous bird. Love the crooked neck and ruffled feathers.

Nice perch, only experience I've had with a Peregrine was one on top of a Ritzy apartment complex and as I was waiting for him to take off for an in flight image I noticed some of the residents giving me dirty looks for being in their parking lot with a camera. So I left without one shot.

Happy Bday Doug, and nice shot. I wonder if your Bday cake looks like a hawk or a white Canon lens with lots of cream!
