Very nice wing position and HA. love the colors. the shoulder area is a bit hot and there is a halo at the edge of the neck. TFS

I love this wing position. A very nice image altogether, though I do see the neck halo.

This is beautiful image. The halo can be removed by not including the edge when sharpening,
and a bit more sharpening on the eye/head would do good. Well worth the nice texture and pose.
The colors are excellent and the wing position and details are great.
Also the gray BG is just right for the bird colors to come up front.
    I like it very much.

What a sweet image Judy, probably the best flight shot I have seen of this species.

    take care.

I like the light, eye contact and mood. I might sharpen the bill a bit less, there are some jaggies.

Lovely flying posture Judy, and you certainly nailed the exposure. Pin sharp, and an interesting colour in the BG. Well captured.

Good capture, perfect timing for the wing position as mentioned by the others. I really like the pink feathers against that smooth bg, the underwing exposure looks good as well.

Beauty of a shot Judy. Good eye contact and gorgeous details in the feathers. Some useful suggestions to take it up a notch. Very well done.

could not ask for a better wing position. halo mentioned. was the bird flying downwards? I think it can use a slight rotation to get the head and beak pointing towards the side perpendicularly (this is just my taste). nailed the exposure on the colours! I'm curious to see whether darkening the BG slightly will improve this...

A wonderful flight image.....something I'm totally lacking with this bird. Lovely colors and it even appears to be giving you a look!! The halos are the only thing that I would change.....and that's an easy change. Well done.
