    Default pectoral pair

These feeding pectoral sandpipers were almost oblivious to my presence 30 ft away. I would love to have had the right pec at a better angle but it didn't happen. I enjoyed the early morning sweet light on these birds, especially the reflections in the dead calm water.

    Comments appreciated, thanks for looking.

Hi Keith, I miss you in OOTB. You had some great creations! I like the warm colors and the reflection too. A tiny bit tight on the bottom. There are a few spots in the BG I might clean-up. I see your point about the right bird. But this is still a very lovely image.

Great reflection shot. Nice light and getting two birds in the frame with an almost perfect reflection is superb.

Hi Keith, nice duo you got to photograph together here. Good reflections too, and the sweet morning light is showing well. I don't mind the pose on the right bird, but I do miss a catchlight on its eye. Having pointed your lens a little lower and further right would have given you a stronger comp. The image may need a bit of CCW rotation?

I like it, nice light, reflections, specis and ambient, I would have left more room to the right though.
    Congratulations.

How's that for a reflection. Great double or should I say quadruple.

Sweet light Keith, and with that light, you couldnt have asked for better reflections. Well captured.

Beautiful light and perfect reflection. I would suggest slightly more sharpening?

Here's the repost: cleaned up the BKGR (Denise), added canvas to right (Ramon), a little CCW rotation (Daniel), and a little more sharpening on birds (Chris). Thanks to all for the very helpful critiques.

Keith, The repost does look good but I think it is even tighter now on the bottom.

Thanks, Denise, you're right and thanks for sticking with me on this image. I've added more bottom canvas on the re-repost.
