Lizzie was busy sunning herself on the grass - was happy to pose for a portrait.

Love Lizzie's attitude here! great scale detail, HA, and sharp eye contact!
I just would like to see detail on her belly, and bright yellow is distracting to me. perhaps a tighter crop focusing on her face more like a portrait, since you can't see her feet anyway. I hope you post more images of Lizzie. I think she is pretty awesome.

Thanks for the commenst Cheryl - I did struggle with the crop a little - this is close to FF and pretty much SOC.
A couple of tweaks may be in order ;)

Nice BG and HA. Agree with Cheryl about the bright grass. Might clone out the scale too. But very good for almost SOC Lance, something to aspire to.

Really sweet Lance, one good looking Iguana !!!

Would tone down the yellow just a bit, will keep the focus on Lizzie !!!

Great advise, the issues are on the bottom, an entry point, nice picture though. Crop just seems out of synch?

Nice detail for slow shutter, is she stuffed (smile).

Excellent pose, fine details and good eye contact, does looks like Lizzie was showing off for the shot. Agree that the bright grass distract, might try to bring that down. Since I'm at work, not sure if the black on the belly is block, might be able to bring out some details.

    Great suggestions!!!!

Here is a alternative crop. Went lighter on the BG to give it a lighter feel.

Lizzie is cute. I like the re-post. It really shows the detail on the lizards head. You did a great job :)

Oh my! Love the repost, I am not usually fond of anything quite so tight but this REALLY works for me.
