    Default Theme: Snowy at Dusk

This is a composite of 3 images.
    1) Sunrise at Sandy Hook-BG
2)Tree that I did a treatment on and faded into BG
    3) Snowy Owl that I selected thru channels and blended into scene
I added the midnight filter in color -efex and then masked back in some lightness. The orange is the true color of the sunrise.

Denise, Very interesting image! I love the treatment of the backround with it's faintness. The detail on the bird is noticeable and believable. The color is vivid and the starkness of the silouette adds a nice contrast. I might take about 40% of the silouette off the bottom. Imaginative and interesting image!

I like the composite, D, but I may have placed the Owl in the right instead. Go know...

good idea, but just flip the owl and have him heading toward the tree in his current position.....there I go thinking out loud again.

    Like the bg treatment Denise

Here is my repost. When I opened the file all of my layers were gone.I think when I took it back into photoshop to take a slice off the bottom I inadvertently flattened my image:confused: Probably from multi-tasking!! Anyway I had to start it all over again:o Hope it looks better.
