    Default Assignment: Shadow and Light

This is my shadow and light. This caught my eye while walking on a path, the sun was going down and hitting this tree. I like the colors of the leaves, they are starting to change already. I don't know how my camera got in A-Dep mode I never used that mode before but by the time i noticed it, it was to late to go back and shoot in manual, what I'm used to. And i also should of open the aperture up more. All C&C welcome, Thanks for looking

Pretty picture Kyle. The colours are lovely. The light and shadows certainly give some depth to the image. Very nice. Dave

    Hi Kyle

If you are going to darken the corners might go for all four, having the bottom right lighters takes attention away from center. Would also work on the shadow under the leafs and accentuate !!! Well thought out image !!

    Hi Kyle,
I like the capture, agree with Mr. Forns on the shadows being a bit stronger...the color rendition is good...looking forward to your next one...

I didn't darken the corners, that's just how it looks the sun was low coming from the right, sunset. I might go back and darken the corners now that i look at it, Thanks Dave Gus and AL:)

Hi Kyle, pretty colours in the leaves, and I like the mixed lighting. Might clone out the one dark spot on the leaf . Is this full frame?

Like the corners. Agree with above on shadows, but also, my eye went straight to that dark spot on the big leaf. think I'd clone a bit there to eliminate that. Otherwise, great capture.

Thanks Jackie and Hazel. That spot on the leave didn't bother me, but now that you both pointed it out, I can't stop looking at it LOL Will have to fix in the future.:)
