    Default Assignment: Shadow and Light

This is the museum in Toronto where the old architecture has been joined with some new, and this is where they meet.
Straightened and applied a sepia, cyan filter. I thought the sepia worked well because it was the colour of the original exterior walls.

ohhhh, I like this different view! The lower right corner seems to bright to me, it keeps pulling my attention away from the neat details in the rest of the pic.

Excellent corp and exposure Jackie Would tone down that lower right if possible but love the overall shadow detail.

This might have been interesting in a HDR !!! :)

Love the light and the angles, perfect image for those effects. Nice overall. Would you think of just cropping the right side out a bit? I think the bright spot in the LR and the black thing in the UR corners are distracting.

This is superb Lady Jackie...the play between light and shadow is well balanced, strengthened by the sundry geometric shapes and angles...very nice...

Hi Jackie - really like the angles and the play of light.
IMHO - well done. Has a bit of a gothic feel to it.

A fascinating image, Jackie. I don't offer this as a critique or even as suggestions for edits. I just wanted to "fiddle around" with the lights and shadows
for practice. Also took out a few little distractions. Nicely done!

    Jackie,
I love the composition and crop on this one. Triangles and clean surfaces provide contrast against traditional brick in the BG. Love this one!

Nice Jackie, love the blue color with the light hitting different areas, like the re-post David did, He keep the picture true, by not over doing it. Great job Jackie:)
