    Looks like a Palm Warbler to me.

    Agree with Axel. Note the rufous crown, dark line through eye and streaking on upper breast.

    You can also identify this one to subspecies - the bright uniformly yellow underparts mean that this is hypochrysea aka "Yellow" Palm Warbler.
